I want to report a serious concern with The Summit Class's membership that I purchased on November 27, 2024 from your South Wandaland, Illinois store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rusty K., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that The Summit Class reimburse me for additional expenses as soon as possible.
