Poor quality bedding set from Emporium & Place
Complaint Details
I ordered gift card from Emporium & Place's website on April 27, 2025 (order #ORD-2726-KOS-5788). When the package arrived, experienced frequent disconnections. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Loy A. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am asking Emporium & Place to make this right by honor the warranty.
