Misleading product description on Emporium & Place website
Complaint Details
On May 12, 2025, I purchased home decor from Emporium & Place's Port Maudiefurt, Alaska store for $843.67. The item was advertised as installation, but when I got home, I discovered found foreign objects in the product. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that Emporium & Place stop their deceptive business practices as soon as possible.

May 12, 2025 05:16Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $197.50 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
