I have been a loyal customer of Abode & Ventures for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4075-RZH-6999) on February 25, 2025, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Abode & Ventures reimburse me for additional expenses as soon as possible.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Abode & Ventures. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the air purifier I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
