On May 5, 2025, I signed up for Abode & Ventures's support line at their Kianashire, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $466.02, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Minerva R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Abode & Ventures expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible.

I appreciate Abode & Ventures reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement microwave has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
