Complaint Details

On May 21, 2025, I signed up for Abode & Ventures's return policy at their Grahammouth, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $877.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Conner L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Abode & Ventures will address this issue by provide a full refund.

I appreciate Abode & Ventures reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement mattress has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
