I want to report a serious concern with Justice Advocates of Expert's unit that I purchased on April 3, 2025 from your North Giovanna, Idaho store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mariah O., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Justice Advocates of Expert to honor the advertised price.

After speaking with Susan Harris from the Client Relations at Justice Advocates of Expert, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
