I am writing regarding order #ORD-7616-ZNG-6568 placed with Justice Advocates of Expert on April 27, 2025. I paid $928.39 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered received the wrong item. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alicia R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Justice Advocates of Expert will address this issue by improve their customer service training.

I've received an email from Elizabeth Robinson at Justice Advocates of Expert offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The restaurant order was clearly defective from the start.
