I am writing regarding order #ORD-2785-VZC-6048 placed with Bright Advancement Lab on April 6, 2025. I paid $592.06 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered found security vulnerabilities. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Giovani M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Bright Advancement Lab to cancel my account without penalty.

I'm updating my complaint because Bright Advancement Lab finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the fitness tracker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
