Poor customer service experience with Bright Advancement Lab

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2785-VZC-6048 placed with Bright Advancement Lab on April 6, 2025. I paid $592.06 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered found security vulnerabilities. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Giovani M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Bright Advancement Lab to cancel my account without penalty.

May 05, 2025 05:47I'm updating my complaint because Bright Advancement Lab finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the fitness tracker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
