Gift card issues with Buy & Plus Bordeaux
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Buy & Plus Bordeaux on February 14, 2025 for several items including toy (order #ORD-1278-XOX-2442). The order was charged to my account ($535.12), but had allergic reaction not warned about. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Bradford S., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope Buy & Plus Bordeaux will address this issue by fix the security vulnerability.

May 26, 2025 05:38It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Buy & Plus Bordeaux still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their consultation service.
