On January 6, 2025, I purchased appliance from Buy & Plus Bordeaux's Rennerland, South Dakota store for $844.46. The item was advertised as loyalty program, but when I got home, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Buy & Plus Bordeaux to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.
