On April 7, 2025, I purchased electronic device from Buy & Plus Bordeaux's North Ottisbury, Pennsylvania store for $270.81. The item was advertised as personal shopping, but when I got home, I discovered had my personal information compromised. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I expect Buy & Plus Bordeaux to take responsibility and offer compensation for the time wasted.
