Security concern with Advocate, Advocate & Group service
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Advocate, Advocate & Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service plan (order #ORD-3525-HWK-6877) on December 5, 2024, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Advocate, Advocate & Group to take responsibility and cancel my account without penalty.

May 22, 2025 05:45I want to acknowledge that Advocate, Advocate & Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $172.58 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $172.58 for a meal kit that never worked properly.
