Unresolved issue with Advocate, Advocate & Group equipment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4496-KZA-7055 placed with Advocate, Advocate & Group on January 28, 2025. I paid $824.01 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Janice B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Advocate, Advocate & Group honor the warranty as soon as possible.
