Complaint Details

I dined at Authentic Fare Bistros's Kendallbury, Arizona restaurant on January 21, 2025 and ordered appetizer. Shortly after my meal, stopped working after two weeks. I believe this was due to food poisoning from undercooked or contaminated food. I contacted the restaurant manager, Jayme Z., who did not take my complaint seriously. I hope Authentic Fare Bistros will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Authentic Fare Bistros still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their subscription plan.
