On April 23, 2025, I purchased luggage from Goods & Spot's Lake Freida, South Carolina store for $117.1. The item was advertised as price matching, but when I got home, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Goods & Spot to make this right by replace the defective product.
