I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Med Specialists's pharmacy. On May 22, 2025, I received medical device with instructions that was damaged upon delivery. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Dortha W. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking Med Specialists to make this right by update their return policy.
