I received treatment at Med Specialists's Robertshaven, New York facility on May 17, 2025. I was billed $194.37 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Lea M. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I would like Med Specialists to honor the advertised price.

I appreciate Med Specialists reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement tablet has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
