While consuming a dessert purchased from Eats Specialties on February 12, 2025, I discovered experienced long delays. I immediately contacted store management and spoke with Emile C. who took my information but offered no resolution. This represents a serious health and safety concern. I am requesting that Eats Specialties resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.

May 18, 2025 05:40I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Eats Specialties not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
