Complaint Details

While consuming a dessert purchased from Eats Specialties on February 12, 2025, I discovered experienced long delays. I immediately contacted store management and spoke with Emile C. who took my information but offered no resolution. This represents a serious health and safety concern. I am requesting that Eats Specialties resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Eats Specialties not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
