I ordered delivery from Eats Specialties on February 5, 2025 (order #ORD-2203-HFY-2937) totaling $22.41. The food arrived arrived significantly late and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Monte U. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I expect Eats Specialties to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.
