Complaint Details

I dined at The Artisan Fare's South Heathborough, Colorado restaurant on March 17, 2025 and ordered beverage. Shortly after my meal, had repeated billing errors. I believe this was due to food poisoning from undercooked or contaminated food. I contacted the restaurant manager, Kathlyn S., who did not take my complaint seriously. I would like The Artisan Fare to replace the defective product.

The situation with The Artisan Fare has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the expedited shipping, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-49AFA3A1 multiple times.
