I had an appointment at Hospital Group Corp. on November 29, 2024 for diagnostic testing. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and stopped working after two weeks. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Laurianne G., but have received no satisfactory response. I hope Hospital Group Corp. will address this issue by fix their misleading advertising.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Hospital Group Corp. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their extended warranty.
