I received treatment at Remedy Center's Christstad, Delaware facility on December 19, 2024. I was billed $209.39 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Helga S. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am asking Remedy Center to make this right by implement better quality control.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $329.10 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
