Security vulnerability in Nano Edge smartphone
Complaint Details
I purchased a wireless earbuds from Nano Edge on February 16, 2025 for $555.23. After only received incorrect information, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Ken W. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Nano Edge is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like Nano Edge to train their staff to be more professional.

May 11, 2025 05:12I've received an email from Robert Hernandez at Nano Edge offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The subscription box was clearly defective from the start.
