Complaint Details

After subscribing to Nano Edge's cloud storage on February 3, 2025, I've experienced constant was billed multiple times. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-8074-ZNE-9800) and spent hours on calls with Millie B. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I would like Nano Edge to cancel my account without penalty.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Nano Edge, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my meal kit. This is extremely frustrating.
