Complaint Details

I purchased a monitor from Nano Edge on March 11, 2025 for $279.19. After only discovered hidden fees, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Asha S. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Nano Edge is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect Nano Edge to take responsibility and provide a full refund.
