I purchased a service plan from College of Achievement on December 14, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sean E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope College of Achievement will address this issue by provide a full refund.

The situation with College of Achievement has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-90918CCD multiple times.
