Poor patient care at Prime Group facility
Complaint Details
I received treatment at Prime Group's Nienowbury, Montana facility on May 23, 2025. I was billed $480.44 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Erika R. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I hope Prime Group will address this issue by reimburse me for additional expenses.
