I want to report a serious concern with GlobalMinds University's service plan that I purchased on December 4, 2024 from your Walkerstad, Missouri store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Yesenia H., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect GlobalMinds University to take responsibility and resolve the technical issues.
