Complaint Details

On March 15, 2025, I signed up for ExploreTours Travel's maintenance plan at their Eduardoshire, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $660.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sherman C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking ExploreTours Travel to make this right by issue a formal apology.

I'm updating my complaint because ExploreTours Travel finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the restaurant order, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
