Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with ThemePark Adventures's equipment that I purchased on April 8, 2025 from your New Michael, Wyoming store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anahi K., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope ThemePark Adventures will address this issue by extend my warranty period.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, ThemePark Adventures has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
