I want to report a serious concern with ThemePark Adventures's service plan that I purchased on February 25, 2025 from your Lake Tanner, Tennessee store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Layne W., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like ThemePark Adventures to honor the warranty.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, ThemePark Adventures has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium membership.
