I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from MusicHub Studios. After paying $314.85 for product, I found that it was sold expired products. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Flavie G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like MusicHub Studios to cancel my account without penalty.

I appreciate MusicHub Studios reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement athletic shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
