I want to report a serious concern with SweetTreats Bakery's equipment that I purchased on December 17, 2024 from your Lake Avery, Mississippi store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ashlynn O., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect SweetTreats Bakery to take responsibility and fix the billing error.
