I want to report a serious concern with GlobalTreks Adventures's equipment that I purchased on December 21, 2024 from your West Georgiannamouth, Washington store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ericka L., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like GlobalTreks Adventures to implement better quality control.
