I have been a loyal customer of Contractors Bros LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-5838-VHD-4087) on July 16, 1985, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
