I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from GrandStay Hotels. After paying $779.52 for system, I found that it was billed multiple times. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Adam D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope GrandStay Hotels will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
