Billing dispute with Architecture Solutions

On December 12, 2010, I signed up for Architecture Solutions's exchange program at their Port Nelson, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $748.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leone S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
