I have been a loyal customer of MediCare Hospital for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1246-LFC-6813) on May 8, 2025, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect MediCare Hospital to take responsibility and improve their customer service training.
