On October 13, 1995, I signed up for Strong Homes's exchange program at their New Camylleburgh, Texas location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $127.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Buster T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Strong Homes still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
