Disappointed with RetireWell Pension membership program

I have been a loyal customer of RetireWell Pension for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9565-ZKV-1882) on November 26, 2024, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking RetireWell Pension to make this right by honor the warranty.

May 01, 2025 05:46After my initial complaint, RetireWell Pension contacted me to troubleshoot the blender. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
