Hidden fees discovered from Reliable-Renovations Inc.

On July 19, 1997, I signed up for Reliable-Renovations Inc.'s repair service at their New Eldon, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $215.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Haley C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
