RetireWell Pension refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with RetireWell Pension's subscription that I purchased on November 21, 1972 from your Mooretown, Pennsylvania store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Coleman M., but my issue remains unresolved.
