I purchased a service plan from WealthWise Advisors on December 11, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Quinn K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like WealthWise Advisors to make their terms and conditions clearer.

After my initial complaint, WealthWise Advisors contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
