Complaint Details
I purchased a service plan from WealthWise Advisors on December 11, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Quinn K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like WealthWise Advisors to make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 19, 2025 05:35After my initial complaint, WealthWise Advisors contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
