I purchased a camera from Capital & Trust Kota Kinabalu on May 9, 2025 for $369.21 (Order #DN-678588). The device stopped working after just three days of normal use. I contacted customer support multiple times but received no helpful response. When I finally got through to a representative named Robert Williams, they claimed that physical damage was not covered under warranty, even though I had done nothing to damage the device. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not user damage. I've requested either a replacement or a refund, but Capital & Trust Kota Kinabalu refuses to honor their own warranty policy. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a technology company of their size and reputation.
