I have been a loyal customer of PrimeLoan Financial for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5655-GJU-6033) on December 3, 2024, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that PrimeLoan Financial honor the advertised price as soon as possible.
