Refund refused by Global Trust Bank
Complaint Details
On March 22, 2025, I signed up for Global Trust Bank's installation service at their Bartolettimouth, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $873.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ellie D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Global Trust Bank to make this right by replace the defective product.
