I want to report a serious concern with FastTrack Car Rental's accessory that I purchased on April 29, 2025 from your West Nettie, Massachusetts store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Orland V., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like FastTrack Car Rental to waive the cancellation fees.
