I purchased a system from GlobalShop Online on April 24, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was transferred multiple times without resolution. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Allison K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like GlobalShop Online to update their return policy.
