I am writing regarding order #ORD-9894-GJY-7060 placed with FashionFusion Apparel on November 27, 2024. I paid $381.42 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mary W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like FashionFusion Apparel to fix the security vulnerability.
